The LeadDev Together courses are designed for engineering teams to learn as a group. Hear inspiring talks from industry leaders, make time for personal reflection and group discussion, improve communication skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and leave with actionable insights that help you grow as a team.
But don’t just take our word for it! Read how Edi and his team have implemented what they have learned to work better together and improve teamwork and collaboration.
"LeadDev Together was a great experience for our leadership team. It allowed us to come together in a meaningful way that we don’t make enough time for, to discuss subjects we don’t talk about enough. Our individual growth as leaders rarely has the opportunity to be shared, so the space offered by the workshops was warmly welcomed.
The intersection of software development and leadership can quickly become overwhelming for new managers.
The skillset that needs to be developed spans a very wide range, which LeadDev Together did a great job broaching. While each of these subjects on their own would have enough material to cover an entire course, the presenters did a great job of communicating the important points in a clear and concise way. The subjects remained universal enough to cover our use cases as an organization. The way they then passed the conversation over to the group allowed us to adapt them to how we operate.
One of the most valuable pieces is that we came out of these sessions with a shared language that was propagated through the organization. Concepts like the differences between coaching, mentorship and sponsorship were presented to our teams and became part of our daily vocabulary. After the sessions, the conversation kept going, and our team had a shared channel to send each other articles, podcasts and videos about leadership and growth as tech leaders."

"Really enjoying #LeadDevTogether today and listening to fresh perspectives and reminders on coaching, mentoring and feedback. So valuable to be able to break out into a room with our own team and talk about the content in the moment."
